What are these eggs!?!

Here's a picture.. they showed up this morning, on an arum plant leaf. The group is a good 2" long, and the eggs are decent sized as well. I have a few different snails and of course the fish, as well as a few small frogs that hang around. Not sure if these are snail eggs or what. If it's nothing that will kill the fish or plants, I'll leave them. If they will though, I'll go scrape them off.
Any ideas??

i was going to say apple snail as they lay eggs out the water right?
its deffinately not a fish.
