yeah, Ian trained as a chef and a few months ago he finally consented to me being allowed to use his chef's knifes (i do all the cooking) and they've made a massive difference. they're mostly victorinox ones
we have a set of Sabiteur (sp?) here. a chef mate reccomended them to me a few years ago, you have to be careful with them though as they sell their name to inferior knife manufactorers apparently.
