weird question

My friend's betta is a very intresting little guy. He is really concerned about a couple things though, the main one being that santa (his betta) occasionally sleeps on the top suction cup with his head totally out of water. any ideas.

That's really strange - I think. I would imagine that his head would become super dry... that's a good question though and I would like to know why your friend's betta does that too.
