i don't know what to do, as i just saw this. she does have a square stomach instead of a round stomach, and she has been nipped at by the males, especially at her underbelly.

It may just be that she's in the process of giving birth and the males are just looking for a free meal.

what does its poop look like?

the white bit sticking out looks like her ovipositor (egg laying tube). Livebearers have an ovipositor but give birth to live young.

she's been eating a little less, although at first she would eat like crazy, but her poop had been a yellow/orange brown, very similar to the flake color

As long as she doesn't do stringy white poop and keeps eating you are fine.

She looks like she might be ready to give birth and this could be the start of it. Give her lots of plants to hide in and leave her alone.
