What do all these bubbles that aren’t usually in my tank mean?

I'm no expert, but it may be bubble nests? What fish do you have?

I'm thinking... do you have a HOB filter? Sometimes bubbles build up and collect on upper level things in the water, much like that.
Often can be due to type of dechlorinator, other water additives, excess organics in the water, etc.

I get it in my blackwater tank because I use rooibos tea, I find it sometimes causes bubbles from the HOB filter.
Along the sides of my blackwater tank. Both rooibos tea for tannins and leaf litter (organics) that cause it in this tank for me.

Also got the same when I used API water conditioner and the Nutrition AquaPlus conditioner .

I haven’t got a HOB filter and I haven’t added dechlorinator since over a week ago and it’s the first time but I just wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong with my fish.

What dechlorinator do you use?
What kind of filter do you use?

Did you add the water from the bags from the new fish to the tank? Some stores add stress coat to the bags which has aloe in it i believe which can cause bubbles i find too.

It’s not a bubble nest, just bubbles formed by the filter. Buble nests are typically much higher and “stickier”.

It's not a disease.

It's either fine bubbles from a filter or caused by fertiliser or something else in the water.

Check the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels.
Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate and see if it gets rid of it.
Don't worry too much tho, it's not a big issue unless there's a water quality problem.

Excess protein floating on the surface of the water.

Normal, considering most usually don't run skimmers on freshwater setups. I have seen it many times.
