We Have One Fry & Two Still Pregnant Females

okay, so i have three mollies. a silver female, & a gold (aka gold panda) female & male. the male has been breeding the gold female relentlessly & so far she has only one baby. my question is... there are white things sticking out of the females' anus area, is this the eggs ? our red wag platy female has the same thing & i think she is pregnant also (our male died), but none of our male fish do. our water has been medicated & treated & all of the fish are swimming & eating fine so i don't think they're sick. i've separated the female & the male gold mollies but she didn't have any more fry. someone help ?

Can you post photos? Hard to tell what the "white things sticking out of the female's anus area" could be without seeing it. Unlikely eggs.
