WB can shoot arrows into space where they can reenter anywhere in the world. His arrows have built in GPS. The only way you can avoid getting hit by one of his targeted arrows is if you wear a tinfoil hat.

Each of my arrows is fletched with a single hair from Chuck Norris' head. Thus they don't need GPS, and there is no way to avoid getting hit. Fun fact: Silver-tipped arrows are effective against werewolves.
