Water Quality

H, as i have said before i have two rio 180L TANKS. both are fresh water comunity, tank ( 1 ) phos 0.5, ammo 0, iron 0.1, k h 3dkh, g h 13dkh, p h 7.2, nitrite 0, nitrate 20. tank( 2 )phos 1.0, ammo 0, iron 0.1, k h 4dkh, g h 11, p h 7.2, nitrite 0.25, nitrate 40. I realise some of the tests are not what they should be but is there anything here i should be worried about. oh, they are both planted with sand substrate. any thing else you want to know before you can judge.
