Hi all i have an elite 200w heater for my 3ft tropical tank im just wanting too know if it is a submersible heater or not as when i bought the tank it was not full submersed in the water, as i dont want too drop it in the water and end up frying my fish lol

Yes, should be fine if not damaged.

Ive just had a look on the net at it and as far as it says, its fully sumersible

thanks for help i might try it in a bucket of water first see if anything go's wrong
