water current???

Ok so i just put a live plant that out grew my 20gal. into my 55gal. Now it is being moved all over the place (just the leaves) I have angels in this tank and was under the impression that they dont like current...am i wrong or if that is true how could i go about slowing down the current? I have a peguin 330 biowheel filter on the tank. Thanx

It the flowing is too much, put some outlet pipe. It's a pipe bored some holes in it.
