Water Clarity

Hi everyone, its me again!

I am slowly losing my patience with my water clarity, i changed the internal juwel to an eheim 2236 external so am over filtering and i am still experiencing 'bitty' water, its just not clearing up surely i should see some improvement. In the good old days with undergravel filtration i just didnt have this problem, now i'm throwing money at it and having probs, what am i doing wrong?

Time is usually the best remedy for this type of thing, but if you want clear water as soon as possible then you should consider buying a diatom filter. These filters can be used only for short periods of time, but purify your water to an extremely fine state.

Thanks for the idea, however did a google search and diatom filters are not found in the UK could they be known as something else? or if anyone know differently they could send me a link.
