Had a filter pump failiure last night, water went cloudy, did usual tests and they where not good!!! cant recall them now as ive been doing water changes ever since,well tonight ive stoped the changes redid the tests hesrs my results;
NO3 10ppm
NO2 0.50
Amonia 0ppm
PH 7.6
Tank inhabitants are;
6 gorami
3 silver shark
3 clown loaches
1 molly and her 2 babies
1 alge eatter
1RTB shark
2 panda catfish.
Tank is a rio 240ltr

ive never had bad water results befor so this came as a wack in the face, these results now are way lower than they where are my results still bad all my fish are fine though no one is acting unhappy, Fed 2 a day on sinking pellets and flake food am i over feeding? over stocked? over something?I have2 air stones running (any one know of a quiet pump as this one sounds like a pnumatic drill). No c02 as yet im still looking in to it.

my pump makes a racket bed it on some old clothing or a cloth so it doesnt rattle about to much the power cables and airlines will rattle causing extra noise if there leaning against anything

Continue to do the water changes to lower the nitrite, as it is at a bad amount right now.
