Prime will bind with other compounds in the tank water, it will not just "float about" in an active state waiting for the untreated water to arrive, including organic waste and nitrate.

So would I be right in thinking that to recommend dosing for 100% of the tanks volume should only be restricted to fishkeepers using Seachem Prime and not broadly advised as the "must do" method for all other dechlorinators/water conditioners when using direct from the tap filling method?
