Water Changes In 400l Tank

Water changes are costing me a fortune in my 400l tank. Its like near £10 a bottle from pets at home and it lasts like 5 minutes. Anyone know a good place I can get more for less?

Waterlife Haloex 500ML costs £11.89 plus £2.49 pp on ebay treats 22500 liters

i use seachem prime, 2 drops treats 1 usg i think on ebay you can get 100 ml for about £6Prime

i use seachem prime too, 5ml (1 capful) per 200litres.

500ml £15 from Aqua Esentials.

I also use Seachem Prime, very concentrated and good at the other things too, but if the tank is good and mature there may be a few of the pond dechlor brands that are just as concentrated and perhaps cheaper, although I've never managed to copy down that many of the dosing rates while in the store and then do cost searches and figure it all out...

Get the 500 ml bottle of Prime. 1 ml treats about 40 litres of water. The whole bottle that I bought a year ago was only about $15US including shipping. That is less than 10 GBP.

Seachem prime i use, i do 2 50% WC a week so one cap per change for my 400L but actual water is around 350L
