Look where he is running. if youve ever seen a track meet, you know that the middle of the track is used for other track type competitions, AKA running and jumping into a huge pile of sand. that could be what he was doing, while the girl was added for effect.
 
I'm a long jumper (AKA run and jump into long pit of sander) and last I checked falling face first isnt exactly the best form...on the behalf of the runner.

I dont think its green screen...I know ive seen it somewhere before..Also if you look at the white lines he's running in, they start fairly close behind him....And if you've ever run track, sprinters will start low and with their head down which allows them to get off the line better...I think it was a combination or stupid/speed

All I can say is this is a prime example of a hit and run! Or, a run and hit. very funny.
