I believe you need to cycle your tank, there is loads of advice and guidance on the forums.

Right.......have your done some research after the last time we spoke?

syphon out the water and keep
take out the 'gravel'

fill tank with correct sg water
bring up to temp and oxygenate with powerhead for 24 hrs
place in your live rock
place in your aragonite or crushed coral sand around your live rock
leave for three days and test for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate + PH

research the cycle, we dont mind helping you BUT you do need to do some of your own research as well
