Was that a good advice (stocking idea)

Hi, I just want to know if this stocking is good (I think it might be overstocked):
-her tank: 35 gallon, soft water, real plants, sand subatrate
-stocking idea: 8 kuhli loach, 6-7 neon tetra, 8-9 hengeli rasboras and a pair of honey gourami.
She wanted kuhli loaches, 2 types of schooling fish and a bigger calm fish so that's what I came up with. I can still text her if there is a problem.

No problems I can see. Though I would increase the groups of the neon tetras and hengeli rasboras, since there is lots of space. There is room for one or two or perhaps three other smallish shoaling fish species, but if that is not wanted, increase the present upper species numbers a bit.
