As my title indicates i am wanting to set up a marine/nano reef. I have a fluval edge at the moment but was wondering weather to use the edge like this person has http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SPW-3O-8Ndw or i saw a 55ltr tank in my local lfs for £90 which i liked the look of. Its kind of like the Arcadia Arc Tank but not made buy the same company and also what would i need for a nano tank i know i need live rock and sand and ro water which i would buy from my lfs but what hardware would i need? cheers adam

it can be done but id advize if its your first marine using a bigger tank as 1 not alot of stocking options
2 harder to maintain as its small

jennybugs has done one heres a link

I have to agree with bae to be truthful. If it's your first attempt at marine, then go with something like the D-D 24 gal nanocube (there's a link in my siggy to my first marine tank). The more water volume you have in the tank, the easier it is to get to know how to control the paramters without something going arwy too fast. In a small tank things like evaporation effect the salintity very rapidly so it's easier to maintain a smaller tank once you've got the hang of it all - maybe as a second tank. That's what I did :D
