Your looking at £100plus matey just for the fry I know some one that breeds them and she's told me the next 500+ fry (That are not here yet) have all been sold.

Try here http://www.aquarist-classifieds.co.uk/php/s_Zebra+Plec.php
cheers for the quick reply i knew they would cost me an arm and a leg but forward ordering i did not expect lol also looking for L134s Frog plec if you know of any 1 thanks for the quick reply though m8

Nop sorry on the L134's you know L46's need to be kept at 30 if am right. So you can't keep lower temp fish in the same tank am not sure if am 100% right here?

Zebs are actually a lot more versitile than people would have you believe ;)

As for the next 500+ fry being sold - I'd take it with a lot of salt - they are actually one of the most widely bred plecs out there. yes they command a high price but only due to demand, There are now a lot of people breeding them ;)

mr Smith is right, bar bn's, L046 are probably the most bred plec in the country, there are plenty of breeders around, they just dont advertise themselves too publicly for fear of the hundreds of pm's asking for zebs.
what you will probably find though is that none would be willing to sell to you if you are planning on keeping zebs in a tank with any other fish, and certainly not with L134, Leopard frogs are feisty buggers and very bold unlike the L046, which in a mixed tank will probably never get to eat, zebs will not compete for food so the 134 would get their fill, and the zebs would most likely starve.
you'd be better off with a little 120ltr tank set up just for some zebs, then fill your 5 footer with a nice community or huge colony of 134's lol

ive just sold over 20 young zebs for £45 each
if anyone pays over £100 each they want shooting unless they are adults
