Wanted - Established Media Sponge

Hi All,
 
Just started my first aquarium ever..... doing a fishless cycle and if anyone can give me or sell me some established media sponge out of your tank with all the good bacteria so i can then squeeze it into my own tank to seed it.
 
I live in Nottinghamshire UK
