Since loosing one of our 4 clown loach the remaining fish have become very skittish and hide away alot. We would like to boost there numbers to see if they are happier.

can anybody help at all? my clown loach are really looking down. they barely come out anymore. please give them some friends = ]

the clown loach in the LFS 's are just way too small to put in with my guys or else we'd buy from a store.

Good loaches are hard to find and free as well Pheeeew! did you see this thread do not know if this
guy who is talking of rescuing them has but he may need some help if he is going to well worth a try .

Just noticed your tank size 106 litres ? that's a bit small for clown loaches are you aware of how big they will eventually become and there real requirements?

Your tank is WAY too small for clown loach and possibly the plec depending what type it is.

Instead of buying more clown loach you'd be better off returning the remaining ones and getting 6 Zebra Loach instead that are far more suitable for a 106l tank.

Clown Loach need a lot more space - they can reach a foot long.

yup i posted about helping them out but its gone quiet. i am most certainly aware that my tank is going to be too small and how big they get and will be sorting this when i move house in the summer
