Hi All

I want to set up a small South American tank in the 56ltr 12.5 uk gallon 2ft tank. At the moment my betta has it to himself (apart from some apple snails), but I have decided that it is time to move him to a smaller tank and make a feature out of this one. I want to put Cory's and a shoal of Neon's and Cardinals, but would also like a feature fish, is there anything you can suggest and what sort of numbers of each type of fish do you think would work best.

Thanks in advance.

i think a pair of german blue rams are about th eonly south american cichlid that will fit in there.

would be a great tank tho, especially with the fish you have.

I was at a pet store today and they suggested a dwalf south american cichlid but im not sure what one but it was not the Rams, they said Rams would not get on with the Neon's and Cardinals. What do you think?
