So as of now i just obtained my largest tank EVER, my family has never had a tank this large so i am a record setter! It is a 55g and i have a 12g ( i entered it into the photo contest ) used as a quarantine/holding tank, i am going to breed angelfish to get money to upgrade to a 240-350g tank with:
1 Clown knife
1 fire eel
1 Teacup stingray
4 Red tail tinfoil barb
1 Oscar
1-2 datnoids
1-2 Arowanas
Several rare plecos and synos

I will breed the angels until i have a few grand ( might take a while )

Tell me about it if you breed angels :good:

Sounds like fun but tbh there are far better ways to raise money than breeding angels, especially with one tank. Sorry to harsh your mellow but breeding with only 1 tank isn't going to crank out a ton of fish. Still, it should be fun.

Also, that sounds like an awful lot of very very large fish a tank of that size (your future tank). You may want to think that over again.

Yeah i know, probably will only get only one of each species except the tinfoils, may even scratch the tinfoils and synos, it all depends.

Sorry i am a newbie ( evidentially ), what is tbh?

Oh right! tbh lol.

What other ways, i was going to grow out pbasses and red tail cats and sell them at about 10" but a friend talked me out of it  thanks

Are you asking for suggestions for your 240-350g? Maybe a group of frontosas? It would depend a lot on the footprint of the tank though.

There are a few different species traded as a teacup ray, which one are you looking at?

Once again, what you can have is dependent on your footprint. A tank 18" wide will severely limit what you can have, while something 30" wide would open up your options much more. I would say that is too many fish. The arrowana, ck, and fire eel will reach 2'+, while all your other fish will reach around a foot or so.

I really don't have much experience in the way of stocking a tank of that size so I would wait for someone else to come along.
