his name is velvet! he is missing a ventral fin! but nothing betta fix wont cure

isnt he pretty! he as just laying there and he looked all brown! so i fliped grabbed him and now his read and blue and black are showing up! and because i complain so much to wallyworld about there fish i got 2 dollars off on him!! but yea here he is!

He IS quite pretty. Good for you for taking him in. He looks pretty happy already.

Don't be too surprised if that ventral doesn't grow back, though. Sometimes they don't, especially if there's nothing left there. But it's not going to harm him any.

I think a good, healthy Veiltail can be just as beautiful as any Halfmoon, Plakat, Crowntail, Delta, Doubletail, whatever. I'm proud of my pet Veils, even though I have pretty much all of the above mentioned.

well i like my VT better than my crowncombhalfmoontailed betta even though he is a bit mixed and mangled but velvet can be just as pretty as freckles with all my love and care put into him and his recovery!

I do love my little crowntail Six, he's a very beautiful boy, but he KNOWS it.
