sign the petition! look how walmart treats there other fish, sure it's not that good, but it's way better compared to the care they give to bettas! i mean it, every time i go to walmart, the bettas are either dead, sick, injured, barely able to breath or swimming in there own pile of waste. it sickins me. anyone who cares should sign, after this, i'm gonna send this to walmart hq.

While we all hate seeing bettas being treated badly, I think your petition really lacks the meat to make it effective. If I were you, I would add some details in the petition saying specifics you have noticed, the poor water conditions, sick bettas, dead fish, chronic finrot, etc. You may also want to ask people to list the walmarts they have seen this at, as it will help drive the point home.

I would also add something about the inexperience of the people who work in the fish dept and the lack of training....

One day when I went to wal mart A kid was there the fish guy came and he said I want a koi for my 10 gallon tank the fish guy was like good choice. And to rop it off they had like 10 koi in a 50 gallon tank I think this is rediclous wal mart shouldnt even sell fish.
