I'm from SC too. Actually an even smaller town than you are from! I live in Edgefield. It's next to North Augusta and Aiken, if that helps any. I have a friend whose husband was in the military and was based up there. It's a nice town from what I remember.

Yes I love it down here! Its the perfect size to where the businesses are good and the traffic isn't horrible... Sorry but I've never heard of edgefield... I heard of Wedgefield. Anyway, Thank GOODNESS, finally someone from my neck of the woods...

I was beginning to think I was the only member on the whole forum who lived in SC even, much less sumter.

We just got over a large scare about the base down here closing. They didn't close it Thank GOODNESS. but anyway, glad to meet you as well.

Actually your to the south west of me... Should change that to up here not down here
