Walk On!

GOOD LUCK LIVERPOOL - and you must know how much that hurts to say that
I know exactly, I said the same thing to your lot in 99  despite knowing that if you won, you'd end up with the treble and I can still remember how bad it tastes to cheer on your nemesis ;)

Still you must be more used to it :p

I am a bit dissapointed, after the group stages, my dream route was 1/4 Arsenal, 1/2 Chelsea then stuffing ManU in the final :hyper: . Obviously Arsenal slipped up  , then ManU didn't bother turning up for the 2nd leg. A repeat of 2005 would be nice :yahoo:

I just hope it goes off without trouble, and a decent game to watch, but even if it's dull as ditchwater I'll be happy if we get that 6th star on the shirts :D

I never understood what you folks see in Soccer...er...Football
by "you folks" I assume you mean most of the rest of the world outside the USA ;)

America is getting into it more now, with Beckham going over there and the likes of Man Utd, Liverpool and Aston Villa being bought by Americans.

That's because Americans are to fat to play.

European cup finals involing Liverpool are like London buses. You have to wait 20 years for one to come along and then two turn up in quick succession. :good:

As for United, i'm made up in a way they didn't qualify because i'm not sure I could have taken getting beaten by them in the final. That would have lived long and hard in my memory. But i'm also gutted because it would have been an amzing occasion and a great show for English football.

As for Milan. We seen on Wednesday night how great they can be but I still believe if we can knock Chelsea, Barcelona and Haifa( ;) ) out then we shouldn't be scared of anyone in Europe. B)

You'll have heard them all by now, but...

Q: What does the AIG stand for on Man Utd’s shirt?

A: Almost In Greece.

The police are interviewing Frank Lampard about the burglary at Jose Reina’s house – apparently no one can vouch for his whereabouts from 7.45 to 10.15 on Tuesday night.

UEFA have decided to hold a third and fourth place play-off in the Champions League at the new Wembley on Saturday, May 19, 2007. They’re calling it the FA Cup Final – all Manchester United and Chelsea fans are welcome to attend.
