Sam, as smithrc said, it's actually a very good and reputable company. I actually one had a DOA (one fish in a batch) and they dealt with it superbly.

Many of us have dealt with them and can recommend them. But not in this manner such as this topic - which (yes) comes across dodgy for those who might not know the company.

Definately a reputable company, they are one of the largest and well known in the UK.

I have bought from them too, and they are quite reliable... they do get some of the sexing wrong from time to time though....

Never received dead fish though, and they have many species I would love to get my hands on.... if only I had more tanks!

Just not sure about ordering couriered fish this time of year though. They do got o great lengths when packaging the fish though. Polystyrene box, extra bags of air for padding, do not mix species that should not be mixed, etc.

never dealt with them but there good reputation is well known and they are always high in the top ten that pfk does. I think that some fish shops even get there stock from them. Most people have them bookmarked
