If I have some time I could maybe convince my parents to take me to the local lfs and I'll ask them if there could be a chance that they could either order them for me or tell me where I could maybe get them, though I doubt that they would actually know where a fish like that could be bought.
Give the pet shop a phone call and see if they will put your name and number in a customer order book (book with customers wanting certain fish, plants, etc) and call you when the fish become available. You should also check in with them each week or every couple of weeks to let them know you are still interested in those fish. The shop can look on their supply lists and tell you if they are available, how much they cost and they will be in on this day.
If you can find some, you have 2 choices. Get the fish on the day they come in, or let them sit in the shop for a week before taking them. When I saw rare fish I took them straight out of the esky at the shop and re-gassed them (open the bag and put more oxygen in before sealing it back up), then took them home and put them into my tanks. This meant they weren't being stressed out by going into the shop tanks and then being caught, bagged up and going to your tanks. It also reduces the risk of them catching a disease at the shop or dying in the shop. The drawback is if the fish have a disease and you could lose them all when you get them home. However, if there's no dead fish in the bag and the fish look good, you are probably ok.
If you do this, you should have tanks set up for them before you get them and make sure the pH, GH and KH in your tanks are the same as the supplier's tanks. The shop can call the supplier before you get the fish and find out what the pH, GH & KH are. Then you go home and make sure the water in your tanks is exactly the same as the supplier.
When you get the fish home you float the bag for 10-15 minutes, then carefully pour the fish into a net that is suspended over a bucket. Then add the fish (without any of the water from the bag) to the tanks. The water in the bag/s will be yellow and stink of ammonia and if you add that to the tank, you could poison the fish. So float for 10-15 minutes then add fish, without the bag water, to the tank.
Make sure the tanks are covered so you don't lose any fish to jumping out.
When the shop calls the supplier to find out the pH, GH & KH, they can also find out what the fish are eating. Get the same sort of food. You can add other foods too but having the fish on the same sort of food when they first come in reduces one of the stress factors.
