Did anybody watch VH1 Rock Honors The Who? I enjoyed most of the performances especially Pearl Jam's although I might be in the minority since I thought the Flaming Lips weren't so hot (pun intended). I liked when Sean Pean made a reference to The Who not selling out "unlike certain music channels." If you missed the original airing (last night?), VH1 has been repeating the show.
It definitely made me put My Generation - The Very Best Of back in my rotation.
I love early British rock!
Edit: A few hours after posting this I decided to play along to the CD with my drums and I'm now in a complete sweat. Keith Moon has to be one of the most energetic drummers I know of.
Edit: Added topic subtitle since I was getting an inferiority complex since nobody had commented (but me).
