Velvet or ich Help

i have two chilids that have velvet or ich they have little white spot all over them and are moping around i treted the water with Mardel CopperSafe is there enything else I can or should do, thanks

It's ich, if they look like they have been sprinkled with salt, turn temp up to 30, and add salt if you can.

30 celcius? looks like ich but only two fish have it the jewel chilids don't have it or the other fish wich i thought was strange at first i thought it was air bubles till the fish started scraching itself
