he is really REALLY skinny and he wont eat... i dont want to lose 3 fish in like 1 week.. i have already lost chili my oscar and i have already lost chinch my otto

i just bought velvet to save him! and now he's... he's dieing even more than when i bought him! i am keeping him in low water so he can breathe, im putting salt in his water... im treating his fins with bettafix... im trying to get him to eat peas to ease his swim bladder ... he just wont touch it! i tryed to get him to eat some baby pellets... no response! tried flakes he swam away... do you think he is trying to let me know he is dieing??

i really love him he is such a pretty boy please help me! is there a liquid food that i can give him? is there some kind of medicin i can put in his water???

his lil clear fins, he cant move them, looks terrible! they bend and twist!

yes i have he is just laying on his side and he is barely breathing!

It's okay - in his condition it's probably best if you don't drag him down with too many meds.

You've pretty much done all you can for him at this point - you lowered your water level, if I remember - right?
That's about all you can do I'm afraid.

Yeah, well unfortunately I know that feeling all too well right at the moment.
My Jack just died minutes ago and my bf is already snoring in bed.
He didn't even say "I'm sorry" or anything.

So I know just exactly how you feel - very alone and very sad and helpless.
And I'm really sorry for that. I hope he pulls through for you, because it's not very fun when they don't.

Please keep me updated and do know that you're doing everything you possibly can for him right now, unfair as that might seem.

i will the only positive thing i have seen happen to him was the 2cm of bottom fin he has grown back but other then that it has been one horrible thing after another for him and i feel bad.. first freckles attacks him (btw im never dividing a tank again as long as a live) and then my lil sis knocks over his tank then my niece takes him out of the tank and almost sqeezes him to death poor lil guy

yea i called my BF crying and well he said he was going to bed and told me goodnight then hung up!

ok so this morning my lil guy is all _ so im kinda worried! he is breathing normally and he still wont eat i gave him his usual dosage of bettafix ... not a twitch!
