is if ok feeding the fish frozen broccolli?

it's something I always have in the freezer and I wasnt sure wether its ok for the fish??

Yeh, that's fine, I fed mine broccoli only this morning. They do need it slightly boiled and defrosted, and if they are small chop it up a bit. My livebearers love it.

Only my eldest guppy will eat sprouts though, confirming my opinion that this is a very grownup taste (can't get the kids to touch them either).
