Various Problems!

How big do the fry have to be in order to let them swim in the tank with tankmates!

Ok, I'm 99% certain you're neon tetras are NOT pregnant. With everything else that's going on in your tank it's more likely they're suffering from an internal bacterial infection.

We need water stats, any chance of pictures? Complete run down of inhabitants and symptoms. It wouldn't hurt to do a water change today and tomorrow, dilute whatever is causing the problems.

As for your rtbs and rainbow, these 2 fish are not compatible, if you say your rtbs bullies the rainbow, it's only a matter of time before there'll be a murder. I would suggest you rehome 1 of them immediately. Also, your rtbs hiding is totally normal behaviour. RTBS's are very shy and territorial, they like to have they're own secret place where no one can see them or get to them, if they don't get this, that's when they become aggressive. However a rainbow in teh same tank is like a red rag to a bull.

shes right- and as for your platys its sounds like they have a fungal infection-is the patch fuzzy or does it look similar to cotton wool? for now i think you should give the platys a mild salt bath.

If there is bullying going on then the advice is rehome one shark, If there both fine witheachother, they could be ok... It is a risk and you have to keep an eye on them and have a backup plan but I have pulled off (ONLY due to bad advice from my lfs) 2 rtbs's and 2 rainbow sharks in one 55 gallon tank before and it worked pretty good but I have since added a 50 gallon to seperate them due to overcrowding problems and all is well. If the shark shows any major discoloration (white) or fin tears then theres a problem.
I would recomend if possable u relocate one...

Ah, wow sorry i did't read this eariler.

My male sunset platy has now become even worse then before and now has spread onto 2-3 other platy on in the tank!
I have used white spot treatment which is now almost running out.

As for the bullying, it does happen with almost every fish, you will get bulling, but I have not re-home my fish nor do I intend to. 3-4 weeks from now I will be getting a new tank which I will have in my bedroom then I will move the ones that are bullied to this new tank.
But right now I have lots of plants in my tank so they can hide.

But like I said My platy is in serious danger, today he has been flickerling and rubbing and spazzing out in the tank, I notice he was hiding under the filter so i had to get his attention and put some of my last few drops of white spot treament.

For his whtie patches I have used 1 full bottle of fit rot treament which is now finished and have been using for the past 2-3 weeks.

He has like a white blob patch on his tail which looks like an uncler?
And white patches over his body, he also has a very bad eye and his tail is losen and floppy.

Its only a matter of days now, so please can anyone help me out???

I will be doing regualr water changes.

If fish are chosen with care and some research, bullying will not happen, it doesn't happen with ''almost any fish''. Bullying happens when incompatible fish are kept together. The bullied fish may be able to hide, but do you know what happens when the lights go out?. Even if a fish is not being physically attacked, stress will do almost as good a job. Please do some serious thinking about your fish's future.
