Nice mod. I tried attaching the airline to the nipple as well but had the same problem (fell off every time I emptied the cup ).

I have to say, if you get the more supple airline rather than the stiff stuff, it does stay on much better, I will admit, the stiffer stuff falls off mine each time I empty the cup too.
