UV Sterilization

I have heard good things about UV sterilizers. I have a 29 gallon tank. Are they a worthwhile investment? If so what is a middle of the road, preferably 80-120 dollar one that is reliable?

i have an 18 watt custom sealife on my 55 gallon. i love it and highly recommend it. i would think a 9 watt would be fine for a 29 gallon.

mine is a custom sealife 18watt, called the double helix. another good one is the coralife turbo twist.
