Fishes, no matter where they comme from, can carry and bring unwanted organisms/diseases. Quarantine them avoids so much trouble !

If they are the only fish in the tank, what would they give the disease to?

How big is the tank @Unicornblast5000?

If the tank has no fish in it yet, there’s no need to QT the fish.

I have my 47 gallon community tank no fish, but I would still probly have to QT bc I have some tetras in my ten gallon rn my 47 would be setup, but my mom says it has to be on a stand smh.
