So i came in to the fish room just now and looked in the tank. At the bottom of the filter i could see a circle of black dots, i instantly thought it was some kind on fungi growing or something to i took the filter out to feel it, and it like a outta jelly with black dots in the middle (as if its eggs) I'm extremely confused and help would be brilliant please!

Sounds like snail eggs. Just take them out; they've probably come in on some plants.

oh right i see haha! was worried then! i have a tiny green sort of bug in my tank too

I know jelly balls with black dots usually to be eggs of some sort. What fish are living in your tank?

got guppies, but they've had babies and they give to living guppies & one dwarf gourami (my other gourami died not so long ago)
