URGENT-My cichlid is swimming upside down.

Sorry if I'm wrong but It looks like a plastic fish to me.

lol , yeah the orange one is , but the blue cichlid beside iit is kinda hard to notice. I added the plastic fishy to hopefully make the cichlid feel better

I was going to say the same thing. Ive never seen a cichlid. That orange color with perfectly round yellow spots. Me thinks someone is having a laugh

Lol gotcha, not sure the orange fish will help if anything the fish may see the orange plastic fish as a threat. Id remove the fake fish.

Well he didn’t make it through the night, he swam a little in the main tank , but completely settled in the qt. maybe it was because he wasn’t being chased around anymore. Any further tips as to help prevent this later?
