Urgent Help Needed

Ive had my tank for several mnths an have built it up slowly. Ive noticed somthing is eating the fishes tails. Several guppies have died an now my black molly is in a state someone plz help x

We need to know what fish you have to try & work out who's doing the nipping

What kind of fish and how many?
How long has it been set up for, and what is your maintenance regime? How was it cycled?
