Can you explain the process of glueing it on, ie technique? or is it just blot and stick? does the glue ever deterierate? (is that the correct spelling?)
Any specific brand?

If the glue is pure ccyanoacrylate then good to go.

I used a few drops on the moss out of the tank onto an ornament. The roots after a few weeks will take hold on their own. You can also glue in the water if like and works straight away.

To attach a background to the outside, simple clear tape works just fine. Tying plants to wood or other objects I always use fishing line and work out of the water on my desk top. When I am done the plant and wood just get plopped into the tank. It can still be a bit difficult to get things tied on well but fishing line is dirt cheap to use, don't be stingy. You can cut off any excess after it is ready to go into the tank.
