I have 3 Serpae Tetras and one, for the entire 3 months I had it (and the other 2) has always acted different. It doesn't swim with the other 2, and it is almost like its growth is stunted; he is only about half the size of the other 2! But oddly enough, they all have a similar fin size. Sorry, I can't get a picture of him. But I asked a person who knows a lot about this and they didn't even know the answer! Does anyone know what is going on with this fish? Thanks.
