unknown fish

i bought these loach today labeled sucking loaches but the shop i bought them from are'nt so good with names here are some pics the colours they had on sale were grey, gold and white they swim a bit like a shark and are small and thin but have a nice big dorsal fin i got a gold and white one

yeah i cant find it either but thats what they called it the local fish shop
a "golden sucker loach"

yeah that looks very similar except the dorsal fin is'nt big enough

i definatly saw a fish like the fish you have labelled golden sucker loach in my local but can't find any record on the web of one

at a garden center chain near me called gordon riggs it has a very respectable aquatic section

according to fishprofiles.com a sucking loach is another name for a chinease algae eater. Could it be an albino varient? Check the pic at http/www.fishprofiles.com/profiles/fw/bo...feeders/cae.asp and see is the shapes the same.

to me it looks like a golden chinese alge eater thats just my 2 cents
