Hello, many new phones nowadays like iphone 12s are totally fine in water, however to use touchscreen they need to be out of water sadly, not resistnt phones can be put in a sturdy zip bag.
Also theres these small submarine things that have cams if u wanna have fun (bad quality i assume since tiny camera)

Yeah, I have a waterwolf which is a camera that can attach to fishing line and film your fish lure, but it also works for this.
