Unable To Browse Older Threads

I've noticed this a couple of times now, if you're just browsing a section, you can only go about 2 months back, and after that no threads are displayed. Yet if you search, older threads come up in the search results. Is this a deliberate thing or an accidental setting change?

i've noticed this too, it gets annoying sometimes

You pick your own filter. There is a link at the bottom of the tap called "show your filter options" there, you can pick how many days back to view in any forum. I have mine set to show all. Not sure if it got changed in an upgrade or something, but I haven't changed mine in years.
