Hello all...

As some of you are aware, there has been rumblings in shady corners of the planted tank world in the UK. For that a small group of us have been building ukaps.org . This is the UK aquatic plant society

The society is very much a new born baby, so please be patient with us, we will be growing and building the site as we go.
We hope to offer great links, inspiration, resources, advice, and merchandise, you name it we shall endeavor to bring UK in line with the rest of the planted tank community.

John Just copy the line under the .gifs (not the html line the one above) and paste it in your signature in the my control section.

Good to see its all coming together. website looks good and future looks 4WPG. lol

Things are looking very good, you folks have a lot to offer each other and the hobby.

As a team and united plant power, world domination is next.
A national event contest, open houses etc, then the world next...........

As many of you have very different skill sets, this can really help a club.
I am amazed at how much a club can help people still today after more than a decade since the first local club was formed in the USA.

Crypt clubs have been active for many decades and still it's very hard to see them ever sell plants.
They do swaps as we do, no $. Keep it simple.

dunno how I missed such a big forum, but here I am at last! Searching refering pages lists for all your signiture pics is quite enlightening on just how many forums there are! Just for the signiture images, weve had 3000 requests to the website to display the images in the last week, which is pretty mad.

Thanks to all of you for getting behind ukaps in our early stages.
