Uh Akward Disease

my male platy had (he died) a wierd swelling around his gonopodium and could not move it and now the same has happened to one of my male mollies
what is this
please feel free to ask questions

okay the male molly can actually move it i just saw him do so but it is still very swelled
ALSO THIS IS NOT DROPSY THIS SWELLING IS ONLY IN THE AREA OF HIS...
