Hey guys. I recently ordered a large piece of manzanita driftwood for my 75 gallon tank, and it was out for delivery today, and about 2 hours ago it said it was delivered.

I searched thoroughly outside of my house for it, nothing. I thought that they might have sent it to my old address, so I called my old room mates to see if it was sent there, (cause paypal said it was sent to their address, although I gave the mailers my house address) they haven't got anything either.

This is really stressing me out. I would have called them, but their phone customer service closed at 6 (about 10 minutes after the tracking info updated, although their website says it was delivered at 2:10pm) and their lines are closed on sundays. I shot them an email asking about it, and even though the customer service website says they'd contact me in 24 hours, after sending the email, they said it would take 2-3 business days, so it can be as late as wednesday for me to know where the hell my package is if I rely on that email.

I have no idea what to do now. I would ask what address the sender put down for my package, but he's honestly been very inattentive in contacting and replying to me, this entire transaction has had my flustered.

This is so frustrating. Grrr this is why I never use USPS. What can I do to make sure it makes its way to me -somehow-?

I've had that happen numerous times. Sometimes the post office will check it into the local distribution center and say its been delivered. You should have it tomorrow.
BTW sorry, your having problems with the seller, I know how infuriating it can be.

Any chance they've left it with a neighbour? I sometimes miss packages because my doorbell is dodgy and sometimes they leave it with a neighbour.

On the upside, I've always found PayPal to be very helpful in the odd dispute that I've had.

Whenever they do that, they tend to leave a note on the door saying so. Or even saying they brought it back to the post office. I didn't get anything.

I recently had it left with a neighbour with no note left. Having said that, I had it delivered to my Mum's shop which has no letterbox so that might have been it.

I haven't heard from the neighbors though, and even if we weren't a pretty close neighborhood, I'm not sure who would want to steal a giant stick from the guy next door.

I called them, they are investigating or something I guess.

That really stinks. That wood isn't cheap from them either. Hope it gets sorted out soon.

If you used paypal, it's worth a call to them. My brother-in-law works in the fraud dept. and tells us all the time that they try to settle disputes quickly.

They delivered my package to the wrong zip code. No idea what happens next.

That sucks, maybe they'll try to get the package back from him??? Just hope he wasn't an aquarist lol.

It has now been 10 days since they delivered it to the wrong door, and I haven't got my package back

I want my package and 18 dollars of shipping back

What are they doing about it? Have you been in contact with the seller and usps?
