Ugh... So Many Problems!

Just posted that my beta seems to be missing a few scales from the top of his head... Don't know what is causing that...
 
A while back I noticed a female guppy scratching... Well after watching really close. I saw fry scratching. And they have white spots... So... Ich. Ugh.
 
Anyone know of ich meds that won't hurt fry or plecos?

Fry, I don't know. But plecos I think so but not 100% certain.

so... the heat thing... My temp is normally high in my tank anyways... You'd think (assuming the ich came fro. The rescue guppies I added) the warmer water would have killed it in them. Given it wad only about 80-82F. But still. I've been hoping to lower it and it finally hit 78F since its getting colder outside... I guess salt is what I will have to try... Ugh.
 
My cichlids will need it too I suppose. They've been quote flashy since I got them. Though not white spots...
