I had forgotten that I had taken this. It's nothing special... just the best I got the few times he held still. :)

I'm actually pretty good at macro-photography (it certainly doesn't show here), and I bought a rectangular vase the other day that I think would be perfect for fish pictures. I'm hoping to add a set of fish pictures to my little mini-site someday.

I'd like to take pictures of my crowntail, but I want to wait until more of his tail has grown back (if ever). A bunch of his "spines" are missing from whatever occurred in his petstore days.

So, hopefully I'll really have something to show you someday.

a better picture? that already is a great one, nice and clear. ill second the nomination but if you wnt to get a picture ill wait. but yea great betta

Well, these aren't much better. I'll remember to clean the vase more thoroughly next time. :)

And the crowntail... missing spines and all. He wouldn't flare until after I put the camera away, naturally. I wouldn't mind finding out what 'type' of color-pattern he is... I've seen a lot of them online that look like this.
